Up to 100 guests — whether seated for a dinner, arranged theatre-style, or standing for a cocktail-style social. The courtyard and studio together give you room to spread between indoor and open-air.

Every rental comes set with round tables and gold chiavari chairs, plus the studio’s sound system, microphones and karaoke, the TV wall and projector, stage lighting and a venue attendant. You also get Wi-Fi, air conditioning and private on-site parking. An on-site audio technician is available as an add-on, and so is the courtyard.

Yes. In-house catering is available, and outside caterers are welcome with no buyout fee. Food warmers are fine, but there is no on-site cooking and no guest kitchen.

Caterers, food trucks, DJs, performers, rentals, décor and outside equipment are all welcome — just share them with us before the event so we can approve them and plan around them.

Yes, with our written approval. We don’t sell or serve alcohol ourselves unless a signed add-on says otherwise, so the drinks are yours to arrange. A few things to know:

• ✦Drinks stay within the approved studio and courtyard areas — not in the parking lot or anywhere outside them.
• ✦Depending on your event, we may ask for approved security, a licensed bartender, insurance or permits.

We’re happy to point you toward licensed bartending services for your event.

Absolutely — play your own playlist or bring your own DJ. Please note there is a noise restriction after 10:00 PM in keeping with local guidelines.

Each package covers 4 hours, with security, cleaning and insurance included: $1,865 Monday–Thursday, and $2,665 Friday–Sunday and holidays. The courtyard can be added for $1,500, and additional services are available on request. Send an inquiry or book a tour and we’ll reply with a custom quote, usually within one business day.

We follow a standard 30-day policy: cancel 30 or more days ahead for a full refund, or between 7 and 30 days out for a 50% refund.

Yes to both. The space is ground-level and wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms and accessible parking, plus private on-site parking for your guests.

Just a few, to keep the space safe and beautiful for everyone:

• ✦No smoking or vaping, except in an approved area
• ✦No gambling, betting or wagering anywhere on the property — including activities involving large amounts of cash
• ✦No firecrackers, fireworks, sparklers or pyrotechnics anywhere on the property
• ✦No open flames, candles, fog, haze, glitter or confetti unless we approve it in writing
• ✦No on-site cooking (food warmers are welcome)
• ✦No pets, except service animals
• ✦Please leave alarms, cameras, smoke detectors, sprinklers, climate controls, AV and fire equipment as you found them

Any damage to the space is subject to an additional charge.

Your rental window covers your whole day with us — load-in, setup, the event itself, cleanup and load-out — so plan your timeline with all of it in mind.

• ✦Hoping to arrive early or stay a little later? Just ask — it needs our written approval, and overtime is billed at the rate on your quote.
• ✦Your guest count can’t go above the capacity we’ve approved for your event.
• ✦Using the courtyard or outdoor amplified sound needs our written approval, and either may be adjusted on the day.

Only if you’d like us to. On your rental agreement, you choose whether we may use photos or video of your event in our marketing — and either answer is perfectly fine.

Ticketed events, where guests buy admission, aren’t permitted — the space is reserved for private celebrations with your invited guests.
